Gateway to 健康
Welcome to Gateway to 健康, an event by the North Dakota Youth 健康 Advisory Board, the North Dakota Department of 健康 and Human Services, Bismarck State College and Gateway to Science.
Gateway to 健康 is an event where community participants will have FREE access to the Gateway to Science exhibits for their registered two-hour time slot and access to interactive health booths and exhibitors. 会有, 快餐车, 游戏, prizes and interaction from community partners throughout the Gateway to 健康 event.
登记 is FREE! Limited tickets will be available, and spots will be held on a first-come, first-serve basis; registration will be open from May 6 – August 2.
Participants can select a two-hour time slot to attend and request tickets. Upon arrival at Gateway to Science, ticket bands will be given away at the registration desk. Time slots will be 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, or 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

Sponsor 登记
Gateway to 健康 will give you the unique opportunity to connect with participants from the surrounding community and demonstrate your commitment to supporting the health of North Dakota’s youth. Your organization will receive exposure and join other individuals, organizations and coalitions to support the idea that health matters to our community. Simple acts of prevention, like making positive choices or supporting community members in need, can lead to healthier lives for everyone today and in the future. You can participate as a:
- Premier Sponsor ($2,500 investment)
- Gold Sponsor ($1,000 investment)
- Silver Sponsor ($500 investment)
- Bronze Sponsor ($250 investment)
- Exhibitor – free (but limited)
CC or ACH payments are available. Complete the form below and we will contact you with more details! Please see the flyer for details on what you will receive in return for each sponsorship level. The deadline to register is Friday, July 26, 2024.
Exhibitors are needed for Gateway to 健康. Sign up for a free booth but be aware that they filled fast in 2023 and we anticipate the same for 2024! Booths must be staffed all day and must have an interactive element or hands-on activity.

We need volunteers for August 10! Volunteers will assist with setup, registration, clean-up 和更多的! Volunteer shifts will be up to 2 ½ hours in length. Volunteers will receive free t-shirts to wear at the event and can interact with the community for fun at the Gateway to 健康 Event!
