It is the student’s responsibility to contact Student Accessibility Services and apply for accommodations.  Students can apply online. If a student requests an accommodation in the classroom environment without providing a Faculty Verification of Accommodation Need form, please ask the student to contact the Student Accessibility office before providing the any accommodations.

Accommodations provide each student with access to course materials, learning environments, and assessment methods. Accommodations do not lower the academic standards of a course.  Students receiving accommodations are expected to meet the same course requirements as any other student.
